Refund policy
Return Policy – 30 Days You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility Items must be returned in the same condition as received—unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Once your request is accepted, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label and detailed instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Damages or Issues Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll review the issue and make it right.

Exchanges The quickest way to get the product you want is to return your item and place a new order once the return is approved.
European Union Customers – 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period If your order is shipped to the EU, you may cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must meet the same eligibility requirements listed above.
Refunds After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.
